The 18 LO15-1B-3 occurrence is located approximately 5 kilometres east of Ferriston Peak, 5 kilometres south of the Osilinka River, about 75 kilometres northwest of the community of Germansen Landing.

The showing is underlain by Mesilinka suite granite in the Early Jurassic to Early Cretaceous Hogem Plutonic Suite in Quesnel terrane. The Mesilinka suite is mostly equigranular granite and porphyritic granite, with lesser tonalite.

Mineralization is observed as locally massive arsenopyrite and pyrite, with minor chalcopyrite and sphalerite, and possibly galena, in 10-centimetre-wide sub-horizontal quartz veins. In 2018, a grab sample (18lo-15-1b-3) yielded assay results of 612 parts per billion gold and 1.2 parts per million silver. Grab sample 18lo-15-1b-2 yielded assay results of 3680 parts per billion gold and 1.1 parts per million silver. Grab sample 18lo-15-1b-1 yielded assay results of 1600 parts per billion gold and 2.5 parts per million silver (Fieldwork 2018, page 48).

The showing was mapped by the British Columbia Geological Survey during a regional bedrock mapping program in the Hogem batholith in 2018.
